When your referral enrolls in the Starter, Premium, or Pro plan, you receive a $100 signup bonus — and another $200 once they're placed.
When they enroll in the Elite plan, the signup bonus doubles to $200, with the same $200 on placement.

- Referral bonuses are credited to your account within 30 days of the referred candidate's enrollment confirmation.
- The placement bonus is credited within 15 days of the successful placement confirmation.
